Share Tweet Email

In this episode, I speak with Alexa Singer-Telles about the intersection between mindfulness and expressive movement. Alexa is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Buddhist dharma teacher ordained by the Venerable Zen Master Thich Nhat a Hanh, and a lifelong creative dancer.  She shares the joy and benefits of finding the ways your body wants to move.

The poem that Alexa read is We have come to be danced by Jewel Mathieson.
